Refund & Cancellation Policy – Corbett Safari Booking

At Corbett Safari Booking, we aim to offer transparent and fair refund rules. All refunds are processed as per the official guidelines of the Forest Department.

1. Safari Bookings

Once a safari is confirmed by the Forest Department, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as per government rules.

If the park is closed due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or government orders, we will try to reschedule your safari, or provide an alternative available service.

2. Resort Bookings

Cancellation made 7 days before check-in: 80% refund

Cancellation made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund

Cancellation made within 48 hours: No refund

No-show without prior notice: No refund

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
