At Corbett Safari Booking, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Safari Booking Policy

• All safari bookings are subject to availability and are governed by the rules of the Forest Department.

• Once a safari permit is issued, it becomes non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable under any circumstances.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations due to late arrival, no-show, or failure to carry valid ID proof.

2. Tour Packages & Hotel Bookings

• Cancellation policies for tour packages and hotel stays may vary depending on the hotel/resort and package type.

• Any cancellation request must be made in advance and in writing (via WhatsApp or email).

• Cancellation charges may apply as per the timeline below (general guideline):

  • 15+ days before travel date: Minimal or no cancellation charges (subject to vendor policy)

  • 7–14 days before travel: Partial refund after deduction

  • Less than 7 days: No refund or high cancellation charges

(Exact charges depend on hotel and service provider policies)

3. Refund Policy

• If Corbett Safari Booking is unable to confirm your booking due to unavailability, a 100% full refund will be provided.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

• Transaction charges or payment gateway fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. No Show & Last-Minute Cancellation

• No refund will be applicable in case of:

  • No show at the scheduled time

  • Last-minute cancellations

  • Early departure from hotel or safari

5. Changes & Rescheduling

• Changes in travel date, safari timing, or zone are subject to availability and Forest Department rules.

• Once a permit is generated, changes are generally not allowed.

• Any rescheduling request must be made well in advance and may involve additional charges.

6. Force Majeure (Unavoidable Situations)

• In case of natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or park closures, refunds will be processed as per Forest Department and vendor policies.

• Corbett Safari Booking will assist in rescheduling wherever possible, but refunds cannot be guaranteed in such cases.

7. Important Notes

• All refunds are processed only after confirmation from respective service providers.

• Clients are advised to read package details carefully before booking.

• By confirming a booking, you agree to all terms mentioned in this policy.
